Since its inception, Polis has planned its interventions for three or four year periods. In order to identify the best possibilities for our activities in a manner coherent with our global objectives, the institution periodically analyzes the situation and establishes strategies on how to achieve them in projects and activities. Polis’ current work plan is structured into programs, seeking to enhance integration of activities from the different working areas established.
