In the period from 2005-2008, the Polis Institute intends to provide greater territorial focus on the municipality of São Paulo for its activities, without losing sight of the fact that a good part of the public policies to be formulated must include the metropolitan area of São Paulo, as the activities of the municipality interact with other municipalities within the metropolitan area.
