The systematization and dissemination of management experiences which contribute toward the furthering of democracy, optimization of the application and use of public resources, the promotion of good citizen and improvement in Life quality, have remained Pólis goals since its foundation. The main instrument for this dissemination is the DICAS Bulletin – Ideas for Municipal Action, which already comprises a data base of over 220 experiences, reported in an easy-to-read, concise text that can be consulted on the Internet.
Over the years a methodology to organize these experiences in a systematic way has been developed so as to aid their dissemination. This methodology may also be employed in the training of leaders and administrators so they may record their own experiences.
