The process which took shape following the approval of the Statute of the City, consolidated our position in the field of dissemination and implementation of urban policy instruments, on a national scale. This came about as a result of mobilizing efforts within the National Forum for Urban Change, of training activities, dissemination and use of studies on the Statute of the City and on Land Reform, and through advisory efforts in concrete Municipal Directive Plan Formulation processes, review of local urban legislation and land reform programs committed with the methods and contents of the Urban Reform program.
